150 g beetroot, cooked
150 g curd cheese
1/2 tomato
1 teaspoon of heavy cream
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
Preparation

Mix the beets, without making them liquid. Set them aside.
Mix the cottage cheese, cream and spices. Set aside.
Cut 1/2 tomato into small dice.
Put the mixed beets in the bottom of the glasses, then the curd mixture and finally the diced tomato.
Place the verrines in the refrigerator.
