1 roll of pizza dough

50 cl tomato coulis

2 fresh tomatoes

100 g bacon

2 onions

4 tablespoons of fresh cream

2 slices of ham

Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Place your dough on baking paper.
Add a good layer of tomato coulis, you may have some left at the end and you may not have used it all.
Place small slices of ham and the first fresh tomato cut into slices.
In a frying pan, fry the bacon with the onions; when they start to brown, add the fresh cream.
You get a mixture that you place on your pizza so that there is the same amount almost everywhere.
Then add your fresh cheese cut into slices, it doesn't hold very well indeed.
Add your second sliced tomato, you can also add some thin slices of ham (optional). Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake for about 20 min, watch the cooking, the pizza is cooked when the edge of the dough is hard.
