20 scallops

500 g mushroom

1 shallot, chopped

1/2 fresh cream

250 g fresh pasta

10 cl of Beaujolais

Olive oil

20 g butter

Pepper

Cooking time: 6 min
Set aside 4 heads of mushrooms for decoration, chop the others and sweat them in butter with the shallot. Stir in the cream and wine, season with salt and pepper and leave to thicken slightly.
Brown the St Jacuqes in a mixture of oil and butter for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Coat the plates with sauce, place the pasta in the centre with the mushrooms then arrange the scallops around the preparation.
