1 medium can of corn

100 g shrimps (raw)

1 knob of butter

200 ml coconut cream

1 package of cheddar (sliced burger cheese)

4 lettuce leaves

Cooking time: 15 min

Wash and cut carrots and leeks into julienne (sticks)
Heat some butter in a frying pan, then cook the detailed vegetables with the corn, and add the previously peeled shrimps halfway through cooking.
Once everything is cooked, add the brick of coconut cream and simmer a little more.
In each wrap, place 2 slices of cheddar cheese, a lettuce leaf and the mixture while still hot (this will allow the cheese to melt slightly).
Roll up the wraps and eat while still hot.
