3 eggs

150 g flour

100 g sugar

1/2 packet of yeast

125 g butter

4 bananas or 2 large

Rum

Vanilla




Preparation
Total Time: 45 min
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min

Mix the eggs and sugar.
Add the melted butter, then the flour and baking powder.
Cut the bananas into very small pieces (or mash them as you wish), and add them to the mixture.
Flavour with rum and vanilla according to taste ...
Pour everything into a buttered and floured cake tin.
Leave to cook for about 30 minutes in an oven at gas mark 6.
