4 red beets

50 g of fresh cheese type saint-Morêt

50 cl fresh cream

1 teaspoon of mustard

Salt

Pepper

Cooking time: 1 h
Cook the beets 60 min in a pan of water.
Cut them into pieces. Add the cheese, fresh cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix everything together. Serve in small glasses and chill for 2 hours.
