140 g flour
125 g butter
180 g of chocolate
40 g brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavouring
Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat6).
Cut the chocolate into coarse chips.
In a bowl, beat the sugar and butter until the mixture whitens and foams slightly.
Add the flour, egg and vanilla and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and stir to blend into the dough.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould (about 15 cm in diameter) and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Lightly smooth the surface of the cake with a maryse.
Bake for 30 minutes.
