200 g of chocolate

125 g butter

200 g caster sugar

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon icing sugar

1 large handful of walnut kernel

4 fresh eggs




Preparation

Cooking time: 20 min

Put the chocolate and butter in small pieces in a saucepan. Melt in a bain-marie while stirring.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the sugar and mix. Turn on the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Pour a whole egg into the pan and mix immediately. Stir in the other eggs in the same way.
Add the 2 tablespoons of flour while stirring.
Break the walnut kernels in 2 or 3. Mix them into the dough.
Spread the butter in a rectangular pan. Pour the dough into it.
Put the pan in the oven and let cook 20 minutes.
Once cooked, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
