400 g celeriac

300 g raw beetroot

25 g margarine + 25 g olive oil

100 g flour

1 egg

20 cl milk

100 g cream

Salt

Nutmeg

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Grate the celery and beetroot.
Fry them separately in margarine for about 7 minutes in a pan.
Mix the flour, eggs, salt, spices (quantities according to taste), olive oil, milk and cream last.
Add the vegetables.
Pour into a rectangular dish and bake in the oven at 180°C (gas mark 6) for 25-30 minutes.
