700 g ripe cherries

2 eggs + 2 yolks

5 spoons of flour (100 g)

5 tablespoons brown sugar (100 g)

1/4 l milk (25 cl)

60 g butter

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 bag of vanilla sugar (optional)

Cooking time: 45 min
Wash and stalk the cherries.
Turn on your oven with thermostat 6/7 (180/200°C).
Put the butter in a pie dish and put it in the oven.
Beat the eggs into an omelette, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Mix well (with a whisk or in a food processor). Add the vanilla extract, mix and throw the flour in rain. Mix well until you get a thick, creamy liquid.
Remove the melted butter from the oven, add it to the liquid and stir in the milk. Once mixed, add the cherries to the mixture.
Using a paper towel, spread the remaining butter in the dish to grease it, then add the preparation. Add a few knobs of butter on top.
Bake for 45 minutes (until the top begins to brown well). As soon as out of the oven, sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
Serve lukewarm.
