350 g pitted cherries
50 g brown sugar or brown sugar
50 g caster sugar
100 g flour without lumps
100 g cold butter

Cooking time: 30 min
Spread the cherries in a buttered pie tin.
Mix the brown sugar or brown sugar, caster sugar, flour and butter cut into pieces with your fingertips --> until you get a crumbled dough: a bit like sand.
Spread it over the cherries.
Bake the crumble for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C and leave to cool before serving.
