4 chicken fillets
1 shallot
1 jar of thick crème fraîche (20 cl)
2 tablespoons of hot mustard
20 g butter
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

In a frying pan, put the butter and the oil, add the shallot, fry the diced chicken fillets, let them brown for 5 min.
During this time, mix the mustard and crème fraîche.
When the chicken is golden, add the mixture and let it cook for 15 min on low heat.
Serve with wild rice.
