For the biscuit base:

60 g of speculoos

60 g butter
For the trim:

4 kiwis

150 g of chocolate

15 cl liquid cream

Preparation time: 18 min
Rest : 1 h
Cooking time: 2 min

Preparation of the biscuit base.
Crumble the speculoos and mix them with the diced soft butter.
Press the mixture into tartlet moulds or cookie cutters.
Keep at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preparation of the filling :
Bring the liquid cream to the boil in a saucepan.
Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and pour the boiling cream over it to melt it.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the chocolate sauce over the tart bases.
Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices.
Place the kiwi slices on the tarts before serving.
