120 g flour with incorporated baking powder (or add 1/2 sachet of baking powder)
60 g caster sugar
4 tablespoons of skimmed milk
1 whole egg + one egg white
50 g butter
60 g chocolate for the dough
100 g chocolate for the chips
Preparation

Cooking time: 10 min
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Melt the butter with the 60 g of chocolate for the dough, add the milk and then the egg yolk and mix well.
Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and add the chocolate mixture.
Mix well.
You will obtain a fairly solid dough.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gently fold them into the dough.
Cut the 100 g of chocolate into small pieces and mix them into the dough.
Butter the moulds and fill them halfway with the dough.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°C.
Leave to cool and remove from the moulds.
