3 slices of ham not too thin

3 slices of smoked salmon

12 cherry tomatoes

1 jar of red beetroot

1 jar of asparagus

1 tin of vegetable macedonia

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (light, egg or lemon depending on taste)

1 teaspoon vinegar

6 sweet and sour pickles

1 lettuce salad

Flat-leaf parsley

Cheese according to your inspiration)

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Wash the parsley, cherry tomatoes and salad.
Set aside 12 lettuce leaves, remove the hard ends and arrange on a paper towel (the rest of the salad can be used for the main course).
Chop the parsley finely.
Drain the asparagus, gherkin and lettuce and put them in different containers.
Mix the vegetable salad dressing with the mayonnaise of your choice and the vinegar, set aside.
Cut the gherkins in half lengthwise.
Three plates will be salmon and the other three ham.
Make three roses with the ham and in the middle a cherry tomato, do the same with the salmon.
Arrange the plates individually: start with the salad leaves in the bottom. Place two long asparagus spears on top of each other to form the stem and place the rose at the end.
Place 1 half pickle on each side of the stem to form the leaves. Next to these place the remaining cherry tomato and two balls of red beetroot (buds).
Underneath put 2 tablespoons of vegetable macedonia, sprinkle with parsley.
Finish with the chosen garnish, let your imagination run wild.
