2 eggs

150 g sugar

150 g butter

1 glass of milk (25 cl)

150 g coconut

120 g flour

1 packet of baking powder





Preparation
Total Time: 55 min
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl (melt the butter), "yoghurt cake" style.
Stir in the eggs as they are, without stiffening them. Mix well.
Put in a cake pan, buttered and floured.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 210°C (gas mark 7), keeping a close eye on the baking process.
If the top browns too quickly, put a piece of aluminium foil on top to prevent it from burning... The taste will be even better, and the cake more presentable!
Ideal for family cooking... It's very easy to make, even for the little ones!
