1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation: 10 min
Pour 20 cl of water into the tank of your Cookeo. Wash, peel and cut the beets into large pieces. Place them in the steam basket and place it in the robot. Start cooking with the "pressure cooking" mode / 25 min.
Empty the water and place the beets in a cool place.
Peel and cut the cucumber and garlic. Blend with the cooled beets, yoghurt and olive oil in a blender or in a hand blender outside the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve well chilled.
