3 red beets
1 bunch of fresh coriander
1 bunch of fresh chives
1 drizzle of olive oil

Count on leaving the preparation to rest for 1 hour in a cool place.
Cut the beets into cubes and place them in a salad bowl.
Wash the coriander, then chop it coarsely and finely chop the chives.
Sprinkle the diced beets with freshly cut herbs.
Then add a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
Set aside in a cool place for 1 hour and enjoy.
