48 frog's legs

50 g flour

1/2 bunch of parsley

3 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons of oil

20 g butter

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Season the frog's legs with salt and pepper and roll them in flour.
Fry them in hot oil for 5 minutes.
Melt the butter, remove from the heat and add the garlic and chopped parsley. Cover and leave to infuse for a few minutes.
Pour the frog's legs in the parsleyed butter, cover and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
Serve on preheated plates.
