150 g flour

125 g butter

150 g caster sugar

800 g of red fruits (redcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, alone or mixed)

Cooking time: 30 min
Pour the flour and sugar into a bowl, add the butter in small pieces and mix well until the dough resembles breadcrumbs.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
In the meantime, wash the fruit (remove the stalks from the currants) and cut the larger ones into pieces.
Place them in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the dough over them. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool. You can then sprinkle with freshly grated lemon zest (optional).
