25 cl thick crème fraîche
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon butter
200 g of chocolate
Preparation

Cooking time: 5 min
Heat the cream with the butter and sugar until it boils.
Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Remove from the heat and add the chocolate pieces. Leave to rest for 5 minutes then stir until you obtain a smooth cream.
Pour and spread the topping over the cake.
