350 g beetroot, cooked
1 red onion
1 white onion
Ginger powder
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Pepper
Salt

Dice the beets. Arrange them on a plate.
Slice the red and white onions into rings.
Add them to the beets and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle generously with ginger.
Prepare the vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar.
