12 carrots (about 3 per person)

15 g sugar
1 chicken stock cube

Peel (scrape) the carrots and cut them into small slices.
In a saucepan, prepare a chicken broth. The amount of water should be enough to cover the carrots.
In a frying pan, melt the butter then add the sugar. Stir until you obtain a light "mousse", and add the carrots. Stir a little and then add the stock (the carrots should be covered).
Leave on a low heat without covering to allow the water to evaporate for 20/25 minutes.
