400 g of farfalle

2 tablespoons butter

200 g of gorgonzola

50 g pine nuts

100 g parmesan cheese

Pepper

Salt





Preparation 
Total Time: 25 min 
Preparation time: 15 min 
Cooking time: 10 min 
In a large saucepan, cook the pasta and drain it. 
Brown the pine nuts, without fat, in a non-stick pan. 
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add the gorgonzola cut into pieces.  Continue cooking, letting the cheese melt by half. 
Add the pine nuts, pepper, and remove from heat. 
Just before serving, arrange the pasta on the plates, pour in the center of the gorgonzola sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
