1 pizza dough

1 yellow or red pepper

20 cl thick crème fraîche

2 tablespoons strong curry or curry paste

4 slices of cheddar cheese

2 chicken cutlets

100 g grated cheese

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Coconut milk (optional)

Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Spread your pizza dough on a baking sheet or better yet... do it yourself !!!
In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of fresh cream with the same amount of curry sauce. For the quantities, it's up to you to taste and measure out... more or less spicy, as you wish !
Spread this preparation on your dough after having pricked it. Place your slices of cheddar cheese on top of this sauce all over the pizza.
In a frying pan, brown the olive oil, the chicken cutlets cut into small pieces and the pepper (also cut into small pieces) with a little cream, a little curry sauce and curry powder (taste and season as you like), season with salt and pepper.
Spread this preparation on your dough, leaving almost 2 cm of crust and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, taking care to monitor the cooking.
