2 puff pastry sheets

100 g almond powder

75 g caster sugar

1 egg

50 g soft butter

bitter almond extract drop

1 egg yolk for browning

Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Place a pastry in a pie tin and prick it with a fork.
Mix all the ingredients (almond powder, sugar, egg, soft butter and bitter almond extract) in a bowl.
Spread the preparation on the dough, put the bean (on one edge, to minimize the chances of falling on it when cutting the cake!).
Close the cake with the second dough and seal the edges well.
Using a knife, decorate the dough by drawing pictures on it and brown with egg yolk (diluted in a little water).
Pierce small holes in the top to let air escape, otherwise it may swell and dry out.
Place in the oven for about 30 minutes (watch the cooking from 25 minutes, but leave for up to 40 minutes if necessary).
