250 g sugar

250 g butter

350 g flour

4 eggs

1 lemon

1 teaspoon of yeast





Preparation 
Total Time: 1h30 
Preparation: 30 min 
Cooking time: 1 h 
Mix the sugar and butter together well.  Then add the whole eggs, zest and juice.  Mix and finally add the flour, baking powder and a little milk.  Pour into a cake tin, buttered and floured.  In the oven, thermostat 6-7 for 1 hour, gas oven (electric oven thermostat 5-6). 
Unmould the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.  Leave to cool. 
Frost it with the other half of the lemon juice mixed with icing sugar.  It should be thick enough.  You have to heat the icing very slightly.
