4 eggs

20 cl of water

20 cl milk

50 g sugar

2 pinches of salt

100 g of yeast

500 g butter

500 g pearl sugar

Cooking time: 3 min
Dissolve the yeast in water and milk, add the eggs and sugar. Mix.
Dig a well in the flour and pour in the flour. Work the dough by adding the butter and salt.
Let the dough sleep for 30 minutes and add the pearl sugar.
Put in the waffle iron about 100g at a time and brown just until golden brown (about 2 to 3 minutes per waffle).
