Number of persons

150 g finely chopped nuts (500 g whole nuts)

40 g flour

3 eggs

150 g sugar

100 g butter

1 glass of rum liqueur

1 pinch of salt

Total Time: 1 h
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Mix half the sugar with the nuts.
With the softened butter mix the other half of the sugar, add the nut plus sugar mixture. Then add the eggs one by one, salt, flour and rum.
Line a 22 cm diameter tart tin, pour the mixture into it, bake in a medium oven (7 on a scale of 10) until a knife blade inserted into the cake comes out dry, it should remain soft and not very golden on the surface.
Leave to cool.
Can be kept several days in the refrigerator and freezes very well.
