Ingredients

50 g butter
125 g brown sugar
1 egg
50 g flour
1 sachet of yeast
175 g oat flakes
75 g chocolate (preferably dark)
1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Mix the butter and sugar well.
Add, in order:
- the beaten egg
- the flour
- a pinch of salt
- oatmeal
- the chocolate broken into big chunks.
Make small piles on the baking sheet of your oven and flatten them slightly.
Bake at 180°C (gas mark 6) for 8 to 10 minutes.
