Number of persons

250 g flour

4 eggs

15 cl oil

Dry white wine

200 g pitted green olives

200 g ham cut into cubes

150 g grated gruyère cheese

1 sachet of yeast


Butter for the mould

Total Time: 1h10
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 50 min

Preheat the oven to Th 6 (180°C).
In the meantime, mix the flour and eggs until smooth. Add the oil and the equivalent of 1 glass of dry white wine.
Drain the olives, lightly flour them and fold them into the dough.
Add the ham, mix well and pour in the grated Gruyère cheese and yeast; season with pepper, but do not add salt because of the ham!
Butter a cake tin, pour in the dough up to 2/3.
Bake the cake for 50 min at Th 6 (180°C).
If the top of the cake turns golden too quickly, cover it with a sheet of aluminium foil and let it bake.
