1 kg cooked beetroot

50 g butter

2 cloves of garlic

6 tablespoons heavy cream

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Cooking time: 15 min
Peel and finely chop the beets.
Sauté them in hot butter in a pan. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring gently from time to time.
Add the cream, stir a little and leave to heat.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
