4 slices of brioche (a little dry is better)

2 eggs

10 cl fresh cream

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

20 g butter




Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 2 min

Beat the eggs into an omelette, then add the cream. Mix well and add the vanilla sugar, then stir again.
Cut 4 slices of brioche. Dip the slices of brioche in the preparation.
Heat the pan with the butter, then put the slices of brioche in it to brown.
Once the slices of brioches are cooked, serve them in a dish and sprinkle with sugar or any other preparation of your choice.
