150 g flour
100 g caster sugar

10 cl milk
3 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons baking powder

3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation
Total Time: 1h05
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 50 min
In a bowl, put the sugar, two eggs and a pinch of salt. Whisk the mixture until the preparation foams and makes a ribbon.
Stir in the flour and baking powder and then mix the dough with the milk and oil. Heat your oven to gas mark 6 (180°C).
Pour half of the dough into a 24 cm diameter mould, previously buttered and floured.
Peel and seed the pears, then cut them into strips. Arrange these strips on the dough as you go along, then pour the second half of the dough on top.
Put in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Prepare the mixture for the finishing touch. Melt the butter over low heat.
In a bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar and, when the mixture is perfectly homogeneous, add the melted butter.
After 30 minutes of cooking, remove the cake from the oven and pour this preparation on the surface. Put the cake back in the oven for 20 min.
