400 g ground beef steak

25 g butter

Grated Gruyère

1 roll of shortcrust pastry

30 g butter

40 g flour

25 cl milk

For the béchamel:

Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Peel and slice the onions and melt them in a frying pan, in oil, without browning.
Meanwhile, place the shortcrust pastry in a pie tin and pour the onions into it.
Brown the minced meat in the butter, spice well and prepare the béchamel sauce (melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and add all the ingredients, mixing well).
Pour the meat into the dough, sprinkle with béchamel and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 240°C (gas mark 8).
