100 g flour

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Baker's yeast (piece the size of a large hazelnut)

1 pinch of salt

1 glass of warm water

Cooking time: 15 min
Melt the yeast in the bowl with 1/2 glass of warm water, add all the other ingredients and knead well to obtain a ball of dough that is soft but no longer sticky to your fingers (add water or flour if necessary).
Cover the bowl with the wet tea towel and leave to rise (the ball triples in volume). Time needed: 1 to 2 hours if it is hot and up to one whole night in winter.
When it's time to make the pizza, flatten the ball with the flat of your hand and then spread it out, but above all do not knead it again!
To spread it properly: flour it, spread it a little, turn it over and repeat the operation until you get a thin cake of the desired size.
Garnish and bake in a hot oven (250 to 300°C) for about 15 min.
