2 pizza doughs

2 scoops of mozzarella

30 cl tomato coulis

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon oregano

basil leaf

Olive oil

Cooking time: 35 min
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
Brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the tomato sauce. Add salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Set aside and leave to cool.
Spread the pasta on the previously floured work surface.
Cut out 2 squares of identical size.
Cut the squares into strips about 5-6 cm wide.
Cut the mozzarella into slices. Cut the slices in half.
Brush each slice with tomato sauce and arrange the mozzarella pieces on top.
Roll the first slice on itself (like a snail).
Repeat the operation by wrapping all the strips around the previous one so as to form a large spiral.
Place in a hinged mould.
Drizzle with olive oil and oregano.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with basil leaves before serving.
