Pizza dough

1 jar of spicy tomato sauce

3 yellow onions

400 g ground beef

25 cl fresh cream

2 cognac

3 tomatoes

1 yellow pepper

Roll out the dough and put the tomato sauce on it.
Melt and brown the chopped onions, add them to the tomato sauce.
Cook the minced meat with a little butter, at the end of cooking add the cream and the Cognac and leave to reduce.
Arrange the meat on the dough, taking care not to put too much cream on top, which would make the pizza too liquid.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and sweat them in a pan. Cut the yellow pepper into small pieces and sweat it with the tomatoes that you will place on the pizza, decorate with chopped parsley and Gruyère cheese.
Put in the oven Th 7 (210°C) for about 20 mn.
