100 g butter

120 g flour

100 g grated Gruyère cheese

3 eggs

Grated nutmeg

20 cl of water





Preparation

Cooking time: 40 min
Heat a glass of water with the butter and a little salt.
When the butter is melted, add the flour, and cook for 10 min over low heat, stirring constantly.
Off the heat, add the Gruyère cheese, then the eggs and nutmeg when the mixture has cooled a little.
Form the dumplings into sausages on a floured surface and put them in the fridge for half an hour to keep them well.
Put the dumplings in a pot for 30 to 40 minutes, over a very low heat, with a sauce of your choice (the sauce must almost cover the dumplings).
