300 g flour

150 g butter, diced and oiled

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons of sugar (if sugar paste)

8 cl water or warm milk

Cooking time: 30 min

Mix the flour and salt in a dish (and sugar if there is sugar).
Add the butter and then incorporate it into the flour, kneading quickly and lightly with your fingertips. You should obtain a kind of coarse semolina in 2 or 3 minutes.
Quickly stir in the milk or water. Very little is needed to allow the dough to bind and form a ball. Milk or water? It depends on your taste.
To spread without any problem, spread the dough on baking paper and bake as it is in the pan.
