200 g raw rice

4 tomatoes

1/2 cucumber

1 small box of corn

7 pickles

1 beetroot

1 can of tuna in brine

7 surimi



Vinaigrette of your choice (with shallots)

Cook the rice for the time indicated on the packet.
In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and beetroot into small pieces.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces.
Rinse the corn.
Cut the surimi and gherkins into slices.
Put everything in a salad bowl, season with salt, pepper and vinaigrette.
