250 g beetroot
1 can of tuna
150 g of corn
4 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 avocado

Cooking time: 20 min
Cook the rice for about ten minutes.
In the meantime, cut the beetroot and avocado into small pieces and the cherry tomatoes in half, crumble the tuna and drain the corn.
In a salad bowl, put a little olive oil at the bottom and then put the drained rice in it.
Add the tuna, corn, cherry tomatoes and avocado on top.
