4 cooked beets

4 potatoes

1/2 cucumber Russian style

3 carrots

1 onion

1 packet of mild pickled herring

1 onion

Vinaigrette (replace the oil with whipped cream)




Preparation
Total Time: 40 min
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Pressure cook the potatoes and carrots (cooked but still firm).
Cut the various ingredients into small cubes.
Season them with the cream vinaigrette.
Chill until the next day (or possibly until the evening if you cooked in the morning) so that the flavours blend and become soaked in the sauce.
Enjoy well chilled.
