250 g medium semolina

25 cl warm water

Salt

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Butter




Preparation
Total Time: 7 min
Preparation time: 3 min
Cooking time: 4 min
Put the semolina in a microwave container (Pyrex type).
Pour the oil into the dry semolina and stir it so that it becomes impregnated.
Put salt in lukewarm water and pour over the semolina while mixing.
Leave to absorb for a few minutes.
Put 1 min 30 in the microwave.
Mix with a fork, add a knob of butter.
Put back 2 minutes in the microwave.
It's ready!
