Number of persons

400 g minced meat

300 g puree

2 onions

2 cloves of garlic

2 tomatoes

1 tablespoon flour

1 pinch of herbes de Provence

1 egg yolk

30 g Parmesan cheese

30 g butter

50 g grated cheese

Preparation time: 25 min
Cooking time: 20 min

Chop the onion and garlic.
Fry them in the butter until tender.
Add the diced tomatoes, minced meat, flour, salt, pepper and Provençal herbs.
When everything is cooked, turn off the heat and add the egg yolk and a little parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7).
Spread on the bottom of the gratin dish. Prepare the purée. Spread it over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook au gratin.
