600 g beef cheek

600 g of chuck

2 medium onions

2 kg of carrot (frozen or not)

Pepper

Salt

1 teaspoon of garlic semolina

3 teaspoons tomato paste

25 g butter

40 cl white wine

2 beef stock cubes




Preparation

Cooking time: 2 h

Melt the butter in a casserole dish and brown the meat.
Stir in the onions with the garlic, salt and pepper.
Deglaze with the white wine, scrape out the cooking juices and add the tomato concentrate.
Crumble the stock cubes into the casserole and moisten with a little water.
Leave to cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Add the peeled and sliced carrots and cook for 45 minutes.
