1 ready-made pizza dough

10 cl tomato coulis

2 tablespoons heavy cream (light)

1 handful of spinach (frozen)

125 g buffalo mozzarella cheese

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil




Preparation
Total Time: 27 min
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 17 min
Spread the pizza dough.
Mix the cream and the coulis.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the dough.
Scatter the spinach leaves and the mozzarella in strips.
Add a drizzle of oil.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes (temperature according to indication - 200°C, thermostat 6-7).
Add the sliced salmon. Season with pepper.
Return to the oven for 2 minutes.
Serve with a small rocket salad.
