1 thin round pizza dough

4 Strasbourg sausages

1/2 sachet of grated Gruyere cheese

1 small can of Bolognese or Italian sauce

Total Time: 20 min
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Roll out the pizza dough, pour the whole of the small box of Bolognese sauce over the entire surface, then arrange the very finely sliced Strasbourg sausages on top.
Cover with grated Gruy√®re cheese (or grated Emmental cheese), then put in the oven at 240°C (gas mark 8) for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and enjoy a succulent pizza!
