250 g sausage meat

1 minced meat

1 egg

Parsley and chopped garlic

1 onion

1 glass of meat broth (1/2 bar)

Cooking time: 55 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Prepare the stuffing by mixing the sausage meat, minced steak, garlic, parsley, egg and a little salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the potatoes, cut a "hat" on top. Hollow out the potatoes with a knife or spoon; keep the potato flesh removed. Fill the potatoes with stuffing and place the "hats" on top of each potato.
Mince the onion. Butter an oven-proof dish, place the chopped onion in the bottom and then the stuffed potatoes. Place the remaining potato flesh in the dish, along with any leftover stuffing. Place a knob of butter on each potato "cap" and sprinkle it with the stock glass.
Bake for 55 minutes. Prolong cooking for a few more minutes if necessary.
