1 large can of tuna

3 eggs

100 g grated Gruyère cheese

25 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley

25 sprigs of coriander

15 mint leaves

100 g breadcrumbs

1 lemon

1 teaspoon of butter

1 tablespoon of oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Wash the lemon and herbs. Detach the coriander leaves and parsley from their stems and chop them finely with the mint. Grate the zest of the lemon.
Drain the tuna and crush it in a bowl. Add the herbs, zest, eggs, Swiss cheese, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and mix well.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a shallow plate. Form small sticks of dough with your hands and roll them carefully in the breadcrumbs.
Melt the butter and oil in the pan over high heat. Add the tuna nuggets formed. Cook for 10 minutes, turning them over until golden brown.
